CLAMART

HOUSE,
120M2 _

2020

This workers' house from the 1930s has been refurbished several times throughout its history. Today, its space is divided into three superimposed floors of about 30 square meters and an extension to the courtyard of about 25 square meters.

During the renovation, several critical problems were noted, in particular on the exterior structure and on the floor joists. Our intervention made it possible to secure these critical issues and give a new face to the house.

The staircase was moved to the side to allow the cramped space of the various floors to be as open as possible. A new suite has been imagined at each level; a bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe unit, which isolates each floor, making it independent of the others.
