Located on the banks of the Marne, this magnificent 120m2 apartment was delivered in April 2017 after a total renovation. The main objective here was to transform an old apartment from the 60s/70s, never renovated, into a modern, contemporary and dynamic space. A friendly space, adapted to the needs of a young family of four, and at the same time adaptable to the new needs of telework.

The renovation project wanted to place the existing staircase, leading upstairs, at the center of the new planimetric dimension. An important element which today opens onto the large living room, dining room and the new kitchen. This new configuration has thus enabled the creation of two distinct and independent areas for the night. A parental suite on one side and a space for children consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other.
